EULA - End User License Agreement

END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Hypervisual for the computer software product identified above, and online or electronic documentation ("PROGRAM"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the PROGRAM, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the PROGRAM.

LICENSE
The PROGRAM is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The PROGRAM is licensed, not sold.
1. GRANT OF LICENSE. This EULA grants you the following rights:
Installation and Use. You may install and use ONE copy of the PROGRAM per ONE desktop personal computer.
Reproduction and Distribution. You may reproduce and distribute any copies of this PROGRAM without the prior permission of Hypervisual as long as you verify that you are distributing the most recent version of the PROGRAM. Each copy shall be a true and complete copy, including all copyright and trademark notices, and shall be accompanied by a copy of this EULA. You may charge a nominal distribution fee for the package, but you may not charge for the program itself.
2. DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS.
Limitations on Reverse Engineering, Decompilation, and Disassembly. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the PROGRAM.
Support Services. Hypervisual will provide you with support services related to the PROGRAM. Use of Support Services is governed by the policies described in the user manual, in online documentation, and/or in other provided materials. Any supplemental software code provided to you as part of the Support Services shall be considered part of the PROGRAM and subject to the terms and conditions of this EULA.
3. COPYRIGHT.
All title and copyrights in and to the PROGRAM (including but not limited to any images, animations, video, audio, music and text incorporated into the PROGRAM) and any copies of the PROGRAM are owned solely by Hypervisual. These rights are protected by the Brazilian Copyright Law 9.610/98. The PROGRAM is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Therefore, you must treat the PROGRAM like any other copyrighted material except that you may install the PROGRAM on a single computer provided you keep the original solely for backup or archival purposes. This software is subject to other local legislations and to the protection of the Berne Convention (concerning Rights of the Author) and the Agreement on the Aspects of Intellectual Property relative to Trade TRIPs established within the ambit of the World Trade Organization (WTO).

LIMITED WARRANTY
NO WARRANTIES. Hypervisual expressly disclaims any warranty for the PROGRAM. The PROGRAM and any related documentation is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties or merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose. The entire risk arising out of use or performance of the PROGRAM remains with you.
NO LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES. In no event shall Hypervisual or its suppliers be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use this product, even if Hypervisual has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Because some states/jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitation may not apply to you.
